We booked through Expedia for a King Room with a pullout sofa. We got in late and were given a small room with no sofa bed. We booked the room with a sofa bed so our son could stay with us while we were in town. As a result, he wasn’t able to stay with us and when we asked the hotel front desk the next day about it, she was very nice and said that room wasn’t the one we prepaid for, but there was nothing she could do to adjust the price since we booked through Expedia.
