The photos of this home don't do it justice - it is spectacular! Every bedroom has an ocean view and 5/6 bedrooms have a private bath. The owner was lovely and gave us all the information we needed. We texted him for a few questions and he responded right away. I would stay here a million times. Our family rented this for our daughters wedding and it was perfect!

Family reunion
Breath taking views! Hands down, best stay ever. Location is beyond perfect, property is spacious and very well appointed, check in was easy and great communication with the host. Comfortable for 10 adults who all cooked in, played games and enjoyed the views. Definitely returning!!!

Great family getaway
This was our second year staying in Scituate and again we loved it! Our kids are in their twenties, so it’s great to get 4 days with them. The house is perfect to get together but also have private time when you want.

Wonderful stay!
Rented this house for our wedding. The house is stunning! Fantastic layout for hosting an after wedding party or party on the deck the following day. Cannot reccommend this place enough. Check in and out was very easy. 10 out of 10, will stay again.

Heaven on Earth
This home has the most divine vistas possible in all of New England. We gathered as a family for a baby shower and not only was the home perfect for our event, the location - literally right on the ocean - was awe inspiring. The sunrises were sublime, the breezes uplifting, and every detail from a hospitality perspective was covered by our wonderful host. Absolutely a spectacular experience!

This house was the perfect property for our family. Loved that every room has its own in suite bathroom. The house has two refrigerators and two dishwashers so easy for entertaining. Ample seating for large gatherings. Kevin was very accommodating and his communication was great. I will definitely rent again.

Surprise weekend birthday with family. The main living area is well situated for everyone to hang, cook, play games, etc. Every bedroom having their own bathroom is a big plus. Local restaurants and pubs were great as well. We all had an amazing time. Thank you Kevin.

Outstanding Oceanfront Home
For our daughter's wedding held in Scituate, this home provided the perfect accommodation for the bridge and our family to stay for the long weekend. The Host was very responsive and attentive and provided a home that exceeded expectations. The view is second to none, just beautiful with glimpses of both sunrise and sunset and an ocean view for as far as the eyes could see. Guests that visited were all impressed by the view and the comforting feel of the home. Our thankful appreciation goes out to the owner. We highly recommend this home and look forward to another stay in the near future.

We were so pleased with this lovely space. There are ample seating areas and spaces to enjoy separately or together to eat, play board games, read, work, talk, or relax. It was comfortable and stunningly beautiful overlooking the ocean.

Amazing views
What a wonderful vacation we had. Magnificent views. We started our vacation with hurricane Lee and the sky’s and waves were amazing. Every room had a wonderful view. We had everything we needed. 4 generations and everyone enjoyed their stay. Highly recommend for a family vacation. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms so you can have your privacy.

The house was perfect for our family group. Each had their own room with bathroom. Lots of dishes etc. Having 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators was a bonus. Close to the town/restaurants. We highly recommend this house to others

Perfect wedding weekend!
Beautiful home with amazing views! We were able to have multi generations all together for a spectacular wedding weekend! We were able to host a brunch and the large kitchens with dual refrigerators and dishwashers made it easy. Everyone having their own bathroom was perfect and all rooms have beautiful views. The third level was perfect for the happy couple, having its own privacy and space. Kevin was very helpful and very easy to communicate with.

Long Weekend Winter Vacation
We had a very enjoyable time at Kevin's place over February break. House located at a beautiful spot on the water and in close proximity to the town center. House is well appointed and stocked. While the weather was cold, it was nice to have a warm fireplace (and extra well-functioning space heaters) to augment the heating system in the house. Kevin was very easy to communicate with during the trip. Would definitely recommend for large families/multiple families vacationing together. Thanks!

Family Springbreak
We had a wonderful stay! Springbreak for our extended family. We decided to do something different this year and this was perfect for extended family of 12 to hangout in lovely Scituate and close enough to explore historic Boston and catch a Red Sox game. Kevin was so helpful with logistic questions and his property was well stocked with so many essentials and a great selection of board games! Would definitely return!

Perfect Setting!! Ready to go back!!
We all loved the house!! Every bedroom is great, nicely sized, each one has an ocean view, balcony & on suite bath plus falling asleep & waking up with ocean sounds below was heavenly!! The common areas also perfect, inside & outside! Lots of space to gather yet not be on top of each other! We all wished we could have stayed longer and plan to go back hopefully in the near future!

Many things to be Thankful For
I come from a large family that are located all across the US. We all met for a wedding and Thanksgiving. This place was Fantastic. The owner had everything to start the stay.pods of coffee, dishwasher liquid to soap in the bathrooms. This house was well equipped to handle a crowd. I highly recommend it for your next vacation. The view is majestic. Thank You.
