Definitely not the cleanest place I’ve stayed in. Amenities were okay and the area was close enough to great places that it didn’t really matter.

This is my second stay here. First one was fine bc I was placed in a room on the top floor toward the back. This time I was in front. The highway noise was unbearable day and night. This could be easily mitigated if they got some heavy fabric curtains that would block some of the noise. All they have are flimsy blinds that also don’t block light well. The air condition-heater unit covers some external noise but it’s so loud you can barely sleep. Other than that there are rats out on the street as the city allows people to leave their garbage out without cans. The soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower were broken so you essentially have to dip your hands in the bucket (which other people have dipped into) to get soap- exactly the opposite reason for having these pumps. Besides these flaws I can’t blame the company - they have good communication, the entry codes are convenient, the inside of the unit and building are super clean, the decor is fine. There were no forks in my unit but they quickly fixed that. They were unwilling to move me to a unit in the back without a significant fee so I was stuck in the front unit. I recommend this place only if you can determine you’re staying in a back facing unit.

Bed full of long femal hair. Hair ball between sheets and bed frame. Extremely noisy as it was close proximity to highway. Portable heater sounds like a jet engine, forced to turn it off. Shower amenities empty. Tried texting the number provided for emergencies, got back to me in 12 hours. Good thing it was an emergency
Great location, great communication.
Perfect place to stay if you just need a place to sleep close to the train station.
Expect it to be… rustic. Bring shower shoes for the shared bathroom.
The bed was super comfortable. It’s a tiny space, but has everything you need if you’re not going to be in the room much.
Overall, good experience. Just don’t go into it expecting the space to be perfect.
The only positive thing was location! Between the mice and loud air conditioning, sleep was impossible. Not a suite, shared dirty bathroom, don’t go bare foot the tiles will cut you!
DO NOT STAY HERE. Smells like there is a dead body somewhere in the building rotting away. Room not at all like the posted pictures. Noisy air conditioning and heating unit. We tried to contact the hotel but conveniently he did not respond on our check in day. We ended up leaving and at this point have to eat the hotel fees for this place. Other reviews note rats in the walls which I very much believe but we did not last more than 20 minutes in the building so I can’t confirm. We had to find somewhere else to stay late at night. Disaster. Terrible. Expensive. I still feel unclean. Gross.

Ok i stayed there for 3 days 2 nights. Ill write fown both the positives and negatives
Negatives:
1) Power shuts down. I did not even use the microwave or hair dryer and all power just shuts down in my room.
2) had to have text communication with property staff around 2 am and had to reflip the switch on the fuse box so ill have power back
3) no attendant or staff in the property that could fix or take care of property issues
4) some stuff are really old and rusty like the shampoo and body wash containers,
5) their ac/heater is not the most user friendly
Positives:
1) room is nice and clean. I love the high ceiling
2) like that there is just a code u can use to lock and unlock the door so i feel safer than having a traditional lock
3) staff was very apologetic on text but still they have to invest in getting their fuse box fixed or upgraded to accomodate more power consumption
3) relarively quiet room and neighborhood.

The building is like an apartment, the room a bed with a closet and bathroom (depending on what you book). It was clean and comfortable and I felt safe. Within walking distance of the Common, train station, and the Freedom Trail. Good communication with staff via text/email. I’d stay again! Thank you for providing a decent place to stay at a reasonable price.

Overpriced Hostel.
This is a hostel, not a "Suite" The description is very misleading. Shared a single bathroom with 6 other rooms.
Just an Overpriced hostel with minimum accommodations and amenities.
The bed frame was extremely cheap so the legs jutted out from under and there were several stubbed toes from it. It also sounded like it was going to break as I slept. Bathroom tiles also broken and a safety hazard. Otherwise the broken things like the faucet and slow drain were totally tolerable for the price paid

The room I picked online want the room I received. The bathroom title was broken and loose in certain places and also dirty. There were 2 missing drawers under the sink and the bathroom was too small. What used to be I’m assuming was an old fireplace was just not good to look at. They say parking is between $20-$45, absolutely wrong!!! I don’t think I will stay there again the next time I come to Boston.
Fantastic location, easy walk to all major train, subway and n buses.
Room and bathroom were always clean,
Had small kitchenette with microwave and mini stovetop, basic utensils and glassware, plates and coffee maker.
Highly recommended!
The second "pull out" sofa bed wasnt even a sofa bed. It was terrible. Couldnt sleep on because the hi8mge digs in to you. One of us had to sleep on the floor each night. For the price we paid, this is disgusting.

Near to back bay hence easy to commute. However poor condition of property. Pictures glorified. A rat strolled inside the room. Would never book again.

This is the noisiest room I have ever stayed in. The windows are not sealed and it sits aside a huge freeway. If they double glaze and seal windows it would be a fine place to stay but even with noise cancelling earbuds the noise was incessant.

The property is in a good location for our visit. The room itself was comfortable and nicely decorated. Walking up the stairs to the 4th floor reminded me the building is older and a little difficult to navigate with bags, but otherwise in good shape.
