This property is located in Malden, just fifteen minutes from Downtown Boston. The House is Simply beautiful, clean, and comfortable for friends and families. There is everything to feel at home: The house can accommodate 6 people. There are three bedrooms with a king and 2 queen size beds . There's 2 full bathrooms and a half bath on the first floor. The kitchen is amazing with brand new top of the line appliances for all your cooking needs. We also have a washer and dryer for you convenience while staying at our property. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi and cable television. The property is professionally cleaned and we provide the necessity to help prevent the spread of virus. No party’s are allowed at the property, based on the CDC guidelines we do not allow more than 6 people at the property.

Enjoyed Our Stay Near Boston!
The location of the home was great for our family and served as the perfect hub for our adventures into Boston. We enjoyed the Freedom Trail, Fenway Park, Quincy Market, etc. This place was great and the communication with the property manager was fantastic. Everything was as advertised and I highly recommend!

Perfect location
This property is in the perfect location for visiting Boston and Salem! It was a very quiet neighborhood even being beside a business district. The house is beautiful and the beds sleep so good! Owners are wonderful with communication!!!

The location is perfect and you are right by the highway with anything you need. The house was wonderful and clean. Plus the kitchen is top of the line! The host is very helpful and responds right away if you need anything. I would definitely stay again if I plan on going back to the area.

Perfect spot
We had a fabulous time. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Located close to all the things we wanted to do. Boston and Salem were only short drives away which was super convenient and also close enough for us to attend a concert at Gilette Stadium. Property owners were great to deal with. Would definitely stay again if we plan to be in the area.

Great place with many amenities
Our family stayed here as we needed a solid location as a “base of operations” for our son’s wedding. With 2 1/2 baths, a fully modern and spacious kitchen, comfortable lounge chairs in the living room, 3 bedrooms and an outdoor space with a grill ( we didn’t use it) and covered eating space, this location provided both great space to be together, as well as room for everyone to go to their own space.

Amazing Stay!
Clean, beautiful, newly renovated home in a suburb of Boston. Easily accessible to the city and beyond. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Only thing is that it is by a major roadway so it gets noisy early in the morning. But, we thoroughly enjoyed our little getaway!
