Exactly what we needed!!!
This was a very comfortable and clean stay for my family and I who were taking a short sightseeing trip to the area. Everything was new and very clean, and the beds were comfortable as well!

Convenient, cozy apartment
Overall very clean, quaint property near grocery store and restaurants. Twenty minutes from downtown Boston. Internet was unstable but aside from that we were very pleased and would recommend it

Very clean house with comfortable beds! Walking distance to some local businesses and easy access for shared driving. Road is quite noisy but typical in a big city.

Clean and Bright Accommodations
The unit was clean, bright, and very comfortable. The beds are also comfortable and the shower is nice. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils. My only problem was the noisy street. Finally, Gerald is a great host.

Beautiful home, centrally located in an historic neighborhood.
The home in a beautiful historic neighborhood near crossroads to wherever you might want to go Massachusetts. The interior looks and feels brand new. So new, in fact, we kept trying to figure out if we were possibly the first to stay there. It is beautifully and simply decorated, and has everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to communications. We stayed 6 nights and would definitely stay there again if we made another trip to Massachusetts.

Graduation trip
Family trip for our son’s graduation gift/ big Red Sox Fan!! Loved the house. Very clean, beds so comfortable. It had everything we needed to cook. We used Uber Eats for local Target groceries. Bus stop very close by then rode to subway into city. Plenty of linens and as described in listing. Affordable and host was quick with thorough communication. The fire station sirens were never a bother during night hours.

Clean and comfortable
Property was exactly like the online pictures. Home is clean and nicely updated. Located only 1/2 block from the fire station so expect some sirens and other rush hour traffic. If you plan on cooking during your stay, bring your own spices. The kitchen could use a few more amenities but we made due. There is a grocery store within walking distance. Laundry pods and dryer sheets were available which was appreciated. Parking is available if you rent a car, or public transportation is easy to use and access to get you downtown. A very enjoyable stay!

Cute House on Busy Street
Great clean living space, with off street parking, and access to public transport (T). The property sits close to the road with lots of traffic and road noise especially during commute hours (morning and evening). Some amenities missing such as clocks in the bedrooms, a place to hang coats near front door, and directions to local attractions or public transportation. Check out instructions were vague. About a 5-10 minute drive to nearest subway station, the T, which provides access to downtown Boston via the orange line.

Neat clean well equipped home, but be aware of street noise
This is a great property and Gerald was excellent in answering questions and responding quickly. Our only issue was street noise. This is a fairly busy street. We haven’t been bothered by this in other VRBO’s or Airb&b’s we have stayed in - and there have been a lot - so we weren’t prepared. But we got some cheap ear plugs from a pharmacy and borrowed a kid’s noise machine (which was probably overkill) and it was fine.
