Girls weekend
It was in the perfect spot to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Salem. The host answered my questions right away and were very friendly. Clean and very well maintained. One of the best rentals I have ever stayed at.

Five 50+ Girlfriend trip, AMAZING! This was our first time in Salem, and I can’t wait I to go back! The Archer House was top notch! We stayed on 3rd floor of the house. Our space felt homey, comfortable and clean! I would def stay again. Tight stairs leading up to the 3rd floor, so pack light! The location is perfect, near everything! The host was very prompt with my questions. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Beautiful Apartment
Beautiful and perfect location. Park your car and no need to drive for the length of your stay. Be prepared to walk up 2 flights of stairs. It is an old house with a lot of charm and nice updates.

My daughters and I had a great time here. EVERYTHING is within walking distance. We parked the car when we arrived and it didn’t move again until we left. Great variety of restaurants to choose from. Lots of local shops. Lots of things to do. The home is exactly as pictured and the three of us were very comfortable there. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

Perfect Witchy Weekend
I know the listing says this flat is close to everything - they are not kidding. We got to spend so much more time downtown, exploring, and taking in the history because we didn't have more than a 7 minute walk to EVERYTHING. Only note - the stairs up are a bit tight, so pack your suitcase accordingly!

Girls' Birthday Getaway in the Heart of Salem
This was such a great find! The apartment was immaculate and once we arrived we could get everything we needed within walking distance. I will note that this is a historical property with some quirky details (i.e. uneven floors) but we knew that going in. That being said, we are all under 5'3" and could easily touch the ceilings in the large bedroom - so if you are on the taller side, this may not be the ideal location for you. We loved it and will definitely return next time we're in the area.

The Good Witch
It is a historic property, the Archer House, that has been restored to reveal the awesome details but comfortable beds and modern kitchen and bathrooms. It is not handicap accessible. The location is perfect for all things Salem! We had a a great time!

Amazing Location and Hosts
We just recently had a girl’s trip to Salem in September. You can NOT beat this location! The walkability to everything and designated parking spot made this place worth every penny. Krysten and Mike were incredible hosts that made sure we had everything we needed. Bonus host was their sweet dog, Olive. The only downside to this house was the floors were pretty uneven. Felt a little like a “fun house”. Also, there are two flights of stairs up a narrow hallway. This is understandable since it is a very old historic home. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Perfect Stay
This property could not have been in a better location. We loved being able to go back to the house in between the long shopping days. It accommodated our every need, including the character of the floors and halloween decorations. We will be booking again!

Perfect location and beautiful
We have been visiting Salem every summer for 7 years. This is by far the best place we have stayed! First the location is perfect, close to every attraction. The place is beautiful and spacious. I brought 5 college/high school girls and they had a blast at this place. The 2 queen beds and double sink bathroom was perfect for them. I have insomnia, but slept all night on the comfy beds. The hosts are wonderful with easy check in and out, available anytime for questions. Easy and free parking! Looking forward to returning next summer!

Walkable and Charming!
My family and I stayed here for two nights to break up our travel from Acadia National Park at the end of our vacation--well worth it! The apartment is charming and more spacious than I expected it to be. We were able to turn in our rental car early because no car is necessary at this property: restaurants, kitschy shops, bars, and the historic walking tour are all just blocks away. A wonderful way to wrap up our hiking trip with some easy strolling around a historic town. If we ever return to Salem, we will definitely stay here again.
