The front desk talked too fast then hung up multiple times when I was trying to find out where to meet the shuttle. The couldn’t take the time to explain where to meet them for a tired and unfamiliar traveler. They pick up at the departure level and not where most shuttles pick up. After that everything was fine but it made arriving very stressful.

Blackout shade was missing so lights from street made sleep difficult as well as noise from heat system going on and off every few minutes. We were also charged $109 on my credit card which was a mistake. Had to call to correct it. Waiting for refund to show on my card.

A convienent hotel for Logan airport
The hotel is convienent for access to Logan airport. When we fly we always stay there. The hotel is beside the Northgate mall, which has everything you need for an overnight. The staff are friendly and on this trip went out of their way for us. Comfortable bed and good power shower, all you need for an overnight. Will be staying again on our next trip
