- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A $500 fine will apply for violations.
3. No Parties or Gatherings:
- Parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Violations will result in a $750 fine.
4. Pets Rules:
- Keep off furniture and clean up after them.
5. - Street Parking Only: Free Street parking is available in front of the building for normal-sized cars.
- Large Cars: May need to find parking in nearby neighborhood spots.
- **No Driveway Parking: The driveway is reserved for the rear house resident. **
