Host canceled our reservation 45min before check in. We had already drove 1hr. Zero communication from the host. Not even an apology.

Not Ready for Guests
The apartment itself is fine but the management company did not have it ready for guests for our stay. The WiFi did not work, there weren’t enough pillows for all the beds, not a single garbage can or bag in the whole place, a single toilet paper roll for 5 people, no kitchen table to eat at. I could go on. John with the management company told us people would come to fix the WiFi and give us pillows but that never happened. He said we would be reimbursed for the WiFi but I have reached out since and no response. Just disappointing because the actual apartment is nice.

Host cancelled on me just b4 check-in
After accepting my reservation, the host cancelled my reservation hours before check in with no explanation. This put me in a very difficult position as the city hotels were packed and charging $1,000+/nite. Not cool. This host not dependable.
