Needed a place to stay as we joined family and friends.
The apartment was clean and there were always parking spaces on the street right outside the door. Worked great as a homeport for a couple of days.

Vacation
The place was very confertable, felt safe indoors, just a little distance from downtown Boston due to traffic and traffic was not much help. Host was readily available for our needs. Enjoyed our stay.

My husband and our adult son stayed for a weekend trip to Boston. The property was just as advertised, very clean, newly redone, and the owner Curtis was very responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient.

Boston Salem visit
We had a great trip. It’s a little far to Salem. 70$ Uber But this place and host made it okay. They were quick to respond and the place is a cute downstairs apartment. Very clean and pretty. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was awesome. Clean and quit appartement which was close to Bus Station and Subway. Our host was very kind and reacted very fast on messages and has given us great tips for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Highly recommended

The property was just as described. Curtis was incredibly helpful and prompt in all our communication. He also flexed with our schedule change and permitted us to stay an extra night. In all, this stay exceeded our expectations.

Very nice place!
Great location with parking on the street in front of the house. Clean and modern interior. Comfortable beds and quiet during night. Air conditioning was wonderful when temperatures were above 95 degrees. Easy self check in. Enjoyed streaming Netflix movies. Curtis texted us soon after check in to be sure all was well. We would stay here again!

Boston Trip
I’ve not driven in Boston and I did not know the area. The apartment is not too far from the city as the crow flies. However, driving in the city and surrounding areas is nuts. If you are directionally challenged, it’s hard to see the street signs let alone all the lefts and rights you have to take to get there. I would recommend just staying with Lyft or some other service. The streets are very narrow and often one way with cars on both sides of the street. The apartment was clean and suited our needs. The owner was very accommodating when we could not get the door unlocked. He repaired it quickly and everything was fine. Had all the amenities that we needed. There was a bodega nearby and some good restaurants about 10 minutes or so away.

Scrupulously clean with new appliances, including washer/dryer, so if you are looking to prepare meals, everything is quite adequate. If you have a party of four, you may want to bring another place setting along, or mention it to the property manager and I'm sure he will accommodate you. Easy side-street parking right at the entrance in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The only reason I mentioned the check-in process is because it was my first experience with Vrbo and I found it a bit convoluted and the charges could be estimated much more clearly at the outset. (A "ballpark" depending on your insurance choices, cleaning, etc. would be helpful.)

Here to visit my daughter
Curtis was great. He was very helpful with suggestions of places to eat. Brought my senior parents to visit my daughter. Very clean accommodations, great parking . The only suggestion is to have a handrail to assist down the stairs. I would recommend this property to someone looking to stay outside of Boston.

Curtis was very friendly and available. We only used it for sleeping and showering. My wife had only one issue and that was about stripping the beds before we left. She thought that was what the cleaning fee was for.

Quiet and clean
Curtis was great to work with and this location was very quiet, clean, and my daughter and I felt safe. It is a basement apartment which I wasn’t expecting but it was nicely updated and had a lot of outside light. Usually I am concerned about parking, but spaces were available at the front door all 5 nights. A rental or Uber is recommended, as the location isn’t super walkable. Overall, very happy with my stay.
