The property was in a great location and within walking distance of a lot of tourist attractions. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful, but the rooms themselves could use some renovations. The wallpaper was peeling in areas and the bathtub was chipped.

This is the oldest continuously operating hotel in the country and it is in excellent condition. The location is excellent- close to many attractions - within walking distance (north end, harbors and Boston Common). The staff was great - except in the bar (Last Hurrah). The bartenders were indifferent and rude. The hotel is famous for Boston Cream Pie - however, we did not care for it as much as other pastry shops have much better Boston Cream pie and donuts!

The Omni Parker House is in a fantastic location. We easily walked to Quincy Market, The Public Gardens, and Downtown Crossing to name a few. There are many wonderful restaurants within close proximity along with the restaurants at the hotel. The staff were all extremely pleasant to deal with. We had a marvelous 5 night stay.

The rooms are extremely small, with small beds, small restrooms, small TV. The hotel is dated. There is a charge of $30 per night just because they offer Wifi, and a gym in the facilities. Not sure why that is not just rolled into the price of the room. Overall, the place was clean, and staff was friendly, but not worth the money in my opinion.
