"Very Nice friendly hotel with a fabulous restaurant serving delicious food. My room was at the back of the building and was quiet. The room was bright, nice and clean. The only issue I had was that people were smocking outside by the entrance of the building just below my room window. Had to shut the window as smoke was coming in the room. Need to have a designated smocking area away from the rooms."

"Excellent value for money staff friendly if there was a down side for people with walking problems there is no lift."

"Location and staff were great but they do need to fix the bathroom extractor fan issue as they are very noisy especially when the adjacent room leaves the bathroom light on all night. "

"I really did like it at this hotel. The secret gardens were beautiful, breakfast was brilliant, bed was comfy. There was a couple of repairs which should really be seen to like the net in the bathroom had a long tear down the middle and had mould on it, also the wardrobe door wasn’t in its runner. However this didn’t affect my stay and I would most definitely stay here again. "
