"We went with our family to Shreveport and found it was cheaper to stay here rather than the casinos. So glad we did! So close and easy to get to and fun things to do around the house for non gamblers. Comfy beds and all the amenities you need!!"

"We rented safe Broadmoor Haven for ourselves and friends to attend the Shreveport Airshow, the place is located very conveniently to Barksdale Airforce Base, it was close to a nice Catholic church, the grocery store was nearby and has several eating places within short driving distance. It is an older home but it is nicely remodeled onthe inside and was super clean. We all enjoyed our stay, the host is super nice and responsive, would highly recommend this place."

"We were in a pool tournament in the area. The house was immaculate and the cleanliness and the location. All were amazing. Really enjoyed the stay. The back porch and grill were our favorite parts. "

"The property was as described in the listing. However, I sent a message to the management team on Saturday and never got a response. Throughout the stay, there was no communication and we were never given check-out procedures. The space was comfortable for what we needed which was just a place for the night that wasn’t a hotel. The only other thing besides lack of communication was the dining room chair legs need to be tightened. You cannot sit in one of them because the legs are so loose."

"The house is truly historical but beautifully decorated and comfortable. Can definitely use some work due to age of the house but overall very big, spacious and homey feeling. We enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed at this property while visiting our niece at Centenary College. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, super clean, comfortable, and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Jose was very responsive and when an unexpected maintenance issue arose, he was quick to respond and resolve it with minimal interruption for us. We had a really nice stay. "

"Very clean and homey feel! Only wish we could of had check in instructions a couple of days before and the hot tub was a bit disappointing, very low to the ground and wasn't like a true free-standing hot tub. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "
