Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. "Nice concept but poorly managed. Guests were tolerated as long as they behaved otherwise they would be fined. Cleanliness poor, terrace dangerously slippery and one of us with a bad back fell. Welcome pack reads like a punishment menu."
