"Wir haben die Zeit in Andreas Haus genossen. Das Haus hat in jedem Raum Air Condition, die Zimmer sind gross. Auch die Küche ist so gross, dass eine 5 köpfige Familie bequem essen kann. Die nahe Autobahnbrücke hat nicht gestört. Der tägliche Fussweg zum Strand von 10 Minuten ist absolut OK. wir haben es sehr genossen und Andrea hat regelmässig nachgefrag, ob alles gut ist. "Das Appartment ist top, genau wie auf den Fotos, man hat alles was man benötigt. 2 kleine Reklamationen wurden von Federico sofort behoben, danke dafür !Allerdings hatten wir während den 2 Wochen sehr sehr laute Nachbarn im Appartment über uns, gefühlt war dort Party ohne Ende. An der Geräuschisolation müsste eventuell gearbeitet werden."

"Stayed for a week with our 4 kids in their late teens, early twenties. Good size of villa with plenty of space indoors and out. Incredible views. Weather cooler than anticipated so pool was a little chilly as not heated. Would have expected more luxurious bed linens, towels and pillows given the price. Concierge was very helpful with sightseeing and food information."

"Das Haus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen Pontinvreas im Naturschutzgebiet. Wenn man zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken hier Urlaub machen möchte, liegt es wirklich toll. Allerdings sind es deutlich mehr als 15 Minuten bis zum Strand und dann auch nur zum touristischen Teil. Wenn man einen ruhigen Badeurlaub mit Kindern verbringen möchte, sollte man in einer anderen Ecke der Region eine Unterkunft suchen oder muss eben einen längeren Weg(mindestens 30 Minuten, eher länger) in Anspruch nehmen. "Our family had a memorable stay at this very comfortable villa in Pieve Ligure. When we arrived we were greeted by the house manager, Sorah, who was so kind and helpful in answering all of our questions about the house and the area. Three of the four bedrooms upstairs have great A/C which was important since the temperatures were around 27 - 32 °C (80 - 90 °F) the entire time of our visit.
