If you arrive at 1pm, you are screwed because they are on break until 3pm. You have to sit in the heat and wait. -if you book through Expedia, apparently you aren't guaranteed an apartment with AC. "Great hideaway location. Fab for the ski brigade. We arrived by motorbike and was impressed with the secure parking. The staff are very friendly and professional. We ate dinner and the food was very good. I'd recommended."
