"The property was very nice and secure. Breakfast was included and consisted of fresh croissants and meats, three varieties of each. Coffee, tea, bread and jams were in the room upon arrival. The woman running the place was very friendly and helpful. For those unfamiliar with northern Italy's roads, they tend not to always be the straightest, but the view made up for this slighr inconvenience. "No geral foi uma excelente noite. O quarta era bem localizado, limpo e confortável. Minha alergia atacou, mas o quarto estava bem limpo. Fiquei um pouco insegura de receber as instruções de acesso ao spto somente na tarde do dia anterior pois tinha acesso restrito a internet. Mas qdo recebi a pessoa mandou vídeos e audios explicando tudo de forma muito detalhada. Deu tudo certo. "

"Casa da Carmen is a lovely property, everything is brand new and functions well. The breakfast was beautiful and the service very attentive. The hot tub and the views are incredible. Although, we weren’t aware there would be a charge (10€ per person) to use the hot tub. "Very clean property, fantastic views , 2 bathrooms which were very clean and functional, beautiful gardens, big kitchen , 1km from lake front and bus running cost 1 Euro to get down and back up mountain if don’t want to walk no fan or aircon in room so barely any sleep due to it being 30 degrees all night, inflexibility at check in time - 5pm until 10am and nowhere to store luggage"
