"The accommodations were way better than expected. A wonderful bnb in the France countryside. The hosts David and Nathalie were amazing hosts and have done a wonderful job converting the 18th century place to a beautiful bnb. They were so friendly and help, the breakfasts were a wonderful assortment of pastries, cheeses, and other items that made the stay that much better. The room we had (the garden view suite) was equally beautiful to the rest of the home and the view out the back of the home was so peaceful. Everything about the stay was perfect … if I could give a higher rating I would. Thank you David and Nathalie for the wonderful stay in your bnb."

"The property was very well located, being close to the town of Chalais with a decent size Intermarche and Monday market. It was situated at the head of a farm track leading into fields of corn and sunflowers. The gite was spacious and clean and the bedrooms comfortable. It was good to have 2 bathrooms. We really enjoyed using the swimming pool and our youngest liked the swing in the tree! We had lots of BBQs. Only small niggle was that we were unable to find the toaster? Also not enough mugs, we bought some cheap ones and left them behind! All in all a great holuday and would consider a return visit. "

"Thank you for a lovely stay in the house. The kids enjoyed the sports facilities and the development is peaceful and secure. Spacious garden and house, even for 5 of us and the house could have still been comfortable with more people. Great location, close to shops etc., but still a quiet location surrounded by sunflowers.
