It's great for small kids in particular, as you have a private yard with a playground and sand pit. If the weather is bad and you're there with 10 people, there is not enough room in the living room to have dinner or to just relax and hang out. On the positive side, there are plenty of beds and there's plenty of room to sleep for 10 people."
