On the ground floor there is a dining room with some views of the lake, living room, kitchen and a shower room. In the attic there is 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a small bedroom/playroom for a toddler with a 70x1.40m cot. A maximum of 3 adults can live in the house. There is a beautiful garden around the house. In the back you will find a terrace in the sun and a place to sit or lie down under old fruit trees. Culinary herbs and berries grow in the garden and can be harvested.
