"La maison occupe le RDC de celle des propriétaires. Les photos publiées sur le site ne précisent pas complètement que la piscine est plutôt la leur. Nous n'y sommes allés que 2 fois en 15 jours. La semaine du 15 Août pendant notre séjour, les propriétaires étaient là avec leur famille. Ils sont cependant extrêmement gentils. Nous avons pu déguster les figues et les tomates du potager. Il me semble que l'annonce devrait être plus précise. La Sardaigne est magnifique et les Sardes toujours gentils...

"Wir genossen eine angenehme Woche im Haus von Antonio. Das Objekt war sehr sauber und wir konnten sogar schon relativ früh das Haus übernehmen. Der Besitzer war sehr angetan. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Fr. Mercedes war äußerst bemüht. Restaurantempfehlung, Autoservice usw.... wurde rasch und unkompliziert über Whatsapp ausgetauscht. Danke Wolfgang"

The location is great, close to a beach on near beautiful coastline as well as the lovely old town of Alghero. The owners and agency were extremely helpful and polite. " The house is nice and features a terrace with a great view. It is suitable for 6-8 people. We were 8, but one of the rooms is not renovated. The garden is large, and the house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including facilities for cooking and washing. It is located about 10 minutes by car from the city center. After 7 days, the energy cost amounted to 47 euros, but we weren't at the house much during the day."

"We loved the outdoor pool area and the gorgeous views of the ‘sleeping giant’ and the sunset. BUT there was only very intermittent wifi access from day one and when we asked the property manager to bring a new modem mid week, he brought a new one which also didn’t work and then he took the two of them away and never came back. (If it was the remote location, as he suggested, then wifi access should not have been advertised). No dishwasher, no pool towels, and no kitchen or bathroom basics....

"Nice house, spacious and calm with nice outside areas. There is another cottage on the estate and the pool is shared with it. The AC was working in only one bedroom. The other bedroom should have a curtain on the widow cause it gets very hot in it and the AC does not perform good enough there. The dish washer was not working well either. Beside that the house is fine and we had a very good time. I would advice that someone welcome the guests and explain the features of the property upon arrival...
