*Please note - to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, we have a strict low noise policy. No outdoor music. Quiet hours between 9pm and 7am. This is not a party house. We love the peace and quiet of the desert and hope that you will too.

Beautiful house in a great location
The layout of the house was perfect for our group, lots of space and privacy. The house was very well appointed and it was immaculate. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Great place for a retreat with the crew!
We hosted our friend's bachelor party here and had a great time! The heated pool was the perfect temperature, and we love a shamu shelf! The property is very unique and has plenty of room for all of the guests. Great proximity to hikes, basketball courts, and whatever else you might want to do. Would definitely stay here again!

Family trip to visit Lovely Borrego Springs
We really enjoyed our time visiting Borrego Springs and staying in this unique home. Only 3/4 miles from town center, this desert oasis has everything that one needs to prepare meals, relax, stargaze and hike nearby trails. The home is very clean, warm and welcoming. We will certainly consider staying here again upon our return to Borrego Springs.

Great Property - Very Comfortable
Used as a base for a small family reunion to celebrate what would be my mother’s 100th birthday. 7 of us stayed and the house and others came by during the day and evenings. Lots of room for everyone. Both the inside and outside areas were great and very comfortable. Pool area with chairs, shade, and even a fire pit were terrific. House is nicely equipped and welcoming. We’d definitely stay there again. Very nice hosts.

Girls Weekend
Perfect spot for our large group--the house is roomy and slept all eight of us very comfortably, with multiple seating areas inside, and a really well-stocked kitchen and bar area. We used all of the outside seating areas, including the lovely front porch with spectacular views for morning coffee, the covered back porch and dining/BBQ areas for meals, and the backyard fire pit in the evenings (heads up for shooting stars!), and of course enjoyed the lovely pool. Highly recommend!

A great stsy in Borrego!
The only problem was that we did not have a long enough trip. The house was great and very accommodating to our needs. The pool was awesome.well worth paying a surcharge to heat it in the Winter. The sunrise is we're outstanding.

We highly recommend this property. Great house with tons of room, well designed and appointed throughout. Excellent BBQ / backyard / pool layout. Absolutely stunning views from the front porch and picture windows across the front of the house. And the owner is responsive and was a pleasure to work with.

Great Celebration
We along with our children, grandchildren, and some friends spent the weekend in Borrego Springs to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday. This house was perfect for us. Lots of space; we used 4 bedrooms, each with a bath; kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. The pool and grounds were great and there were beautiful views from front and back. We plan to return.

Such a welcoming home- Great location - amazing decks and pool
Beautiful- spacious home- inside and out. Catch the sunrise off the front deck and the sunset off the pool deck. Then catch the night sky stars... Great location on the edge of Borrego Springs with amazing hikes a short drive away. Or- just chill by the pool.

Amazing Property!!! Everything you need. Book without delay. Will definitely stay here again.
Long overdue review... This house is awesome! So much room. So many nooks and crannies to hang out in. The backyard is perfect, the pool is perfect. I can't say enough good things about this house. The pool table and ping pong table in the garage converted game room. The step-mom side bedroom with bathroom and kitchenette. The dry bar. The western décor. The rooftop deck. The outdoor shower. The outdoor shaded BBQ area. They even had a guitar and a telescope. The place was perfect. We stayed for a three day, two night annual guys weekend and everyone in the group could not stop raving about the place. If Carrie will have us again this year we're definitely going to book again. If you're looking for a really nice house in Borrego Springs (a great desert getaway from the hustle bustle of Palm Springs) this Desert Oasis with Pool is all you could ask for.

great desert home right in the anza borrego park
Great place to stay when visiting area, all anza borrego places to visit with in minutes.Every time we went somewhere it was literally few minute drive . Couple grocery stores in the area but like owner mentioned with slightly higher prices .Few places to eat that have good food. House is very nicely decorated and set up , great views of the desert with rabits running around and coyote sounds at night.we loved it! Back of the property is nicely fenced in, great pool, entire outdoor kitchen area, pool toys , even few fire pits to choose from which was very nice on colder night . There is even a ping pong table and a pool table , bunch of table games. Everything you might need its there . About 2 hr drive from San Diego airport,very nice drive About 1.5hr from Temecula vine region Clark dry lake,Galleta metal sculptures , palm canyon , slot canyon all with in 5-20mins from the vacation home.cant get any closer. some fun sandy desert dirt roads to get closer to some of the location but we seen people making it with out issue with mini vans and regular cars, so my opinion 4x4 is optional when its dry . We been to many exceptional and super awesome places/vacation homes and this fits the awesome list 100%. Thanks for sharing this special place with us !

Views! Views! Views!
We were a group a 5 adults. The four bedrooms each had their own full bathroom which was perfect for privacy when we wanted it. Front porch views were to die for. Back patio with pool was another amazing spot to hang out at. We even heard and saw some coyotes over the wall one afternoon. Perfect spot to head out to explore and perfect spot to come home to. We used the very nicely stocked kitchen and the outdoor kitchen with grill for most meals as we had some great cooks with us. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this house!

Highly recommend- perfect getaway spot!
We had an amazing stay here for a birthday off-road trip with 10 girls, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated all of us. We loved gathering around the fire pit under the stars and appreciated how close the property was to the trails. The location was stunning, with the added convenience of being near a market and a fun espresso bar. This place truly had it all, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Second Year Here - As Awesome as the First!

Perfect Borrego Getaway

Father’s Day Celebration
The best house we have stayed in so far. The house is amazing. Has to be by far the most considerate host ever. Attention to detail and your needs. Pool is awesome, yard is enjoyable and the most comfortable porch chairs with an unbelievable sunset view. We love Borrego Springs this is our 4th year of celebration and we would love to come back next year. Thank you again for making our families so happy
