"What an amazing hotel ! It's split into two halves, with the dining (and much more - chapel, art gallery, lovely rooms, including a games room!) in a separate building across the courtyard. This is not the first time I have encountered this deceptive practice. When I do, no one will take responsibility -- just finger pointing, then everyone shrugs as if to say "It's the customer's fault. The shouldn't have trusted us." Guess what, you're right. "For us, this was a great choice. A quiet location and we had a view of the river from our room and also from the common area patios. The hotel clerk gave us excellent advice to take the scenic train from the station across the street which was a wonderful experience. "Our stay for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary was exceptional in every way! "We had a wonderful stay. Piece and quiet area. Lots to visit and see. Wine/beer tasting nearby. Hotel is newly established. Contemporary style, comfortable beds. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious. There is a bakery at the premises, and it's possible to bake your own bread there. Personnel is friendly and welcoming.
