Renovated with great attention to detail 12/2017, new and comfortably furnished apartment "Moni's bunk", is located directly on the main beach and can be easily reached via the elevator. It impresses with its central yet calm! Location. From the dining table and couch set you have a wonderful view of the open sea. The covered and sunny balcony (parasol available) invites you to have breakfast, sunbathe etc. on warm days. Sunset included. A 1.80 m wide bed with high-quality, separate mattresses ensures a high level of comfort. In the immediate vicinity you will find shops, boutiques and beach cafes.

Wunderbar gemütlich, wunderbar entschleunigend

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit auf Borkum. Die Ferienwohnung liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und ist somit ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für lange Erkundungstouren entlang dieses sagenhaft schönen Strandes. Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich eingerichtet und der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin war sehr sympathisch. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier.

Wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt: super Lage, super Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen perfekt, das Gebäude selber ist eine echte Bausünde.... Gerne wieder!

Perfekter Kurztrip

Ich mache regelmäßige Kurztrips mit meiner Tochter( 13Jahre) und Borkum war dafür perfekt. Das Appartement ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt auf Borkum. Die Lage ist schön Zentral mit Blick aufs Meer. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist super. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Zu Empfehlen ist es, sich ein Fahrrad auszuleihen um wirklich die ganze Insel zu sehen. Die Anreise mit der Fähre und die Weiterfahrt mit der Borkumer Kleinbahn ist sehr gut geregelt. Vielen Dank noch mal an unsere Vermieterin und die Agentur vor Ort für die netten Worte und den Empfang. Wir werden Borkum auf jeden Fall ein weiteres Mal besuchen. Es war wunderschön

Auch wenn das Haus äußerlich nicht besonders hübsch war. Wir haben uns in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Sie war sehr gut und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet, es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Der Blick am Frühstückstisch auf die Seehundbank war phänomenal. Fernglas mitnehmen!

Ungenaue Beschreibung

Während die Anzeige suggeriert, dass es ein Schlafzimmer gibt, ist dies nicht der Fall. Es gibt auch keine zwei Betten, wie in der Anzeige angegeben, sondern ein Schlafsofa. Es handelt sich um ein Ein-Raum-Appartment mit Doppelbett und Schlafsofa. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Lage ist ideal und es gibt sogar Meeblick.

Entspannte Februarwoche

Wir hatten eine entspannte Ferienwoche mit Sturm,Regen und Sonnenschein. Das Appartment ist modern, gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Blick vom Esstisch auf die stürmische Nordsee war toll und die zentrale Lage zwischen Strandpromenade und Einkaufsmeile war komfortabel.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung, super Ausblick auf die Nordsee.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Sehr gut gelegen mit einem freien Ausblick auf die Nordsee. Leider wurde in verschiedenen der 100 Wohnungen im Gebäude renoviert, sodass es bis auf das Wochenende, teilweise eine erhebliche Lärmbelästigung gab.

80ster Geburtstag auf Borkum

Meine Eltern haben die schnuckelige Wohnung auf meine Empfehlung bezogen und waren von dem maritimen Flair genauso begeistert wie wir. Mein Mann und ich waren im Oktober 2022 dort. Einzig "störend" war der zu intensiv empfundene Kontakt vorab telefonisch mit der Vermieterin, sowie vor Ort mit dem Vater der Vermieterin, wobei das Beides sicherlich gut gemeint war. Aber man möchte nicht morgens um 10 Uhr im Schlafanzug gefragt werden, ob die Spülmaschine auch geht oder vor dem Urlaub x Mal telefonisch kontaktiert werden. Nett war dagegen die Geste, zum Abschied einen Sanddornlikör geschenkt zu bekommen. Diesmal ohne persönlichen Kontakt. ; )
