"Wirklich schönes Hotel!!! Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer,(2 Erwachsene 1 Kind) Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt! Und der Empfang so herzlich und absolut hilfsbereit! Egal was für fragen man hat oder etwas benötigt wird, sofort hat der nette Herr eine lösung.Ich muss auch das Frühstücksbuffet erwähnen! Insgesamt, köstlich, sauber, eine vielfalt, Kaffee wirklich schmackhaft! Insgesamt: Wie zuhause!! Mein geheimtip! Absolut zu empfehlen:-)"

"Second time we have stayed here. The location is excellent. The outside space and grounds are beautiful The staff we met were lovely, very pleasant. The breakfast room is huge and we enjoyed the breakfast too Negatives: it’s extremely dated and in some places it is actually shabby. The bed(s) were singles pulled together, not fastened, so they separated if you turned over during the night. The beds also had very ill fitting toppers on them which also moved. "Nice hotel , but certain staff members need a chase up , miserable ignorant bar staff and maybe a bit of common courtesy of being able to book in by changing the language setting on the silly tablets from German and also the food menus etc etc , Sorry but this hole sadly let us down in many ways , ah well, for me I’d never go back "

"Inspite of some revues I had read this place is clean, has a great lake in front with koi carp. Very close to the shopping centre which bus and S line can be accessed through.. No tea making facilities in room but when asked they kindly gave us a kettle and cups. The staff were friendly and helpful. "
