"The Villa was lovely and set in a very peaceful location but near enough to the local town (car required). Only 8 miles to the beach but mountain roads so a slow journey but very enjoyable with spectacular scenery. Some very nice local restaurants and a local small supermarket. Only problem we had was that there was no hot water for the entire holiday. They came to fix it on the day that we were leaving. Apart from tat everything else was great. "

"The street around it is small but we were fine with it after a day or two or using it very small two lane rd. That was the only bad thing about it everything else was perfect. Easy to het around great area amd close to modello beach"

"Villa Cottone è bellissima!!! Our family of 8 adults and one 3- year old thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our week-long stay. The Cottone Family is extremely accommodating, responsive and helpful. Each bedroom has its own bath, and the common areas (lanai, outdoor dining porch, POOL) were great for our large family. Lia arranged for a local chef to give us a cooking lesson in Sicilian cuisine…in the outdoor kitchen…and then served what we helped make- it was an evening we will never forget....

"Big property but needs total update. Advertised as air conditioned but only had air con in 4 bedrooms. None in the 5th or any downstairs areas. Family of 9 and couldnt use the 5th bedroom due to heat of 33° plus. Villa clean but worn out. Not advertised as having a well for water supply so couldnt drink it. "Our family of eight spent 9 nights at villa which was a perfect stay. Upon on arrival the villa was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and generally very well equipped. The swimming pool was warm and a brilliant layout for children with easy access steps. The pool is overlooked from the interior of the villa which makes it very safe for children.
