La casa è immersa nella natura, il posto è bellissimo e gode di una tranquillità incomparabile, proprio quello che cercavamo. No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. Not recommended for many people due to the small bathroom. Beautiful the view of the hills and the peace. "

"Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and a good location. The views were fantastic. Elisa was our contact and was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved from our perspective was the sofa or comfy seating. With 2 children under 10 who go to bed earlier than usual, we found the small 2 seater sofa extremely uncomfortable in the evenings. There was also wasn't enough comfortable seating for all 4 of us other than the sofa and plastic dining chairs....

"Huis en bijbehorende tuin zijn geweldig. Voorzieningen in het huis heel volledig. Eén gezin kan beneden logeren en een ander gezin boven. De omgeving is kleinschalig, akkers, bos en heel veel bomen langs de wegen. Dichtbij zijn prachtige ommuurde stadjes (de castelli). De bijeneters, prachtige gekleurde vogels en de bosuil waren bijzonder."

"Partiamo col dire che la casa si trova in una posizione ideale se si cerca una vacanza rilassante..tutta circondata da bellissime colline. Nella casa non manca assolutamente nulla(forse l'aria condizionata per quando fa davvero caldo). Il giardino è davvero immenso,grandi alberi che regalano ampie zone d'ombra..noci,fichi,ciliegi...piscina grande e tenuta sempre pulita da Gabriella. "This apartment is located in a rural building only 8km from Genga and a short drive from the interesting town of Fabriano with it's museums, parks, shops and big supermarkets. Sassoferato, which has Roman remains, is also nearby- (check in advance with the tourist office for visiting. ) We visited the amazing Frasassi caves and also did a little walking in the surrounding countryside. The apartment had useful leaflets and books about the area and we would have visited the fortified villages...

"The whole family loved our holiday; we didn’t want to come home! The stunning villa was immaculately clean and there was so much space. The pool was perfect and kept the children (aged 10 and 6) entertained for hours everyday! "Look no further if you want a fantastic and relaxing place to stay in Marche. The house is extremely comfortable and the garden and pool absolutely perfect. The views from the house are stunning. We were so well looked after by Alessandro and Ricardo - very attentive but in no way intrusive- a thoroughly warm Italian welcome. We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful house."

"The villa and the grounds are wonderful, and the views are enchanting. We had a great time at Villa Staffieri as a multi-generational family of 8. Clearly a lot of thought and love has gone into the house. The village is an easy walking distance and it has a grocery store, cafe, a park with a plauground. The local pizzeria was unfortunately close while we were there, but it's set to re-open in August. There are several restaurants and pizzerias, as well as supermarkets, within short driving...
