Alles o.k. leider ist der Anfartsweg sehr schlecht beschrieben . Es steht kein Schild mit dem Namen Villa Vlora zu sehen . Nach vielen Umherirren stellten wir fest, daß der Name jetzt Belvedere heist und auch ein Schild mit diesen Namen zu sehen ist. mfg Bauer [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Everything was fine. Unfortunately, the itinerary to the property was very poorly described. There is no sign with the name of Villa Vlora. After much wandering, we found that the name is now called Belvedere and also a sign with that name is shown.

Ce doit être bien agréable en été, proche de Florence pour les visites, à l'écart pour la tranquillité.. une piscine et un jacuzzi appréciables, une grande villa, bien pourvue en salle de bains et aux couchages confortables. Les frigos pourraient être plus grand et plus modernes, la vaisselle plus fournie et l'équipement culinaire un peu complété, mais c'est déjà très bien pour le prix. Dommage que le coût des consommations constitue un supplément de prix non négligeable... L'hôte est sympathique et propose plusieurs activités (dont nous n'avons pas profité et que je me garderai donc bien de juger).

A beautiful house in an unspectacular but beautiful rural part of Tuscany. The house has spacious rooms and different bathrooms and a garden with a swimming pool and whirlpool where the ultimate holiday is. The only point of criticism, the owner Roberto is extremely friendly but certainly also very businesslike. I thought the almost €800 in gas / light for a week, while we were economical, an absurdly high amount

Das Ferienhaus ist, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, sehr schön gelegen, geräumig und gepflegt. Die Aussicht ist einfach toll. Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern für 14 Tage im August 2020 dort und hatten insgesamt eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Anwesen und das Haus selbst sind toll. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zuviel. Bei dem Anwesen handelt es sich laut Roberto um einen früheren Jagdsitz der legendären Familie Medici. Roberto ist der Vermieter des Hauses. Er ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Die Lage des Hauses ist auf einem Berg von Wald umgeben. Roberto selbst lebt auf dem gleichen Grundstück in einem seperatem Haus, was aber nicht stört. Der Pool ist sehr groß und wird täglich gesäubert und bei Bedarf aufgefüllt. Der Whirlpool ebenso. Dieser wird tagsüber über eine Solaranlage erhitzt. Bei sehr warmen Tagen (35° oder mehr) kann es darin dann schon sehr warm werden. Das Grundstück verfügt über eine sehr große Fläche, die vom Vermieter u.a. auch zum Weinanbau genutzt wird. Die vorhandenen Obstbäume (Pflaume, Feige, Brombeer,Zitrone,Orange) und Kräuterbüsche dürfen von den Gästen genutzt werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind am Ort vorhanden, der Lage des Hauses geschuldet benötigt man hier jedoch immer zwingend ein Auto. Im Haus sind fast alle Fenster mit Insektenschutzvorrichtungen versehen. Dies war sehr gut, denn durch die Waldlage ist man hier doch einer gewissen Population ausgesetzt. Auch der Pavillon konnte durch Insektenschutznetze und Sonnenschutz geschützt werden. Tagesausflüge nach z.B. Sienna, Pisa, Florenz oder Bologna sind sehr empfehlenswert. Corona bedingt konnten leider keine Ausflüge für Weinverkostungen oder Olivenölverkostungen unternommen werden. Es gibt leider auch ein paar Negativpunkte, die wir nicht verheimlichen wollen. Leider gab es sehr viele Bremsen, die die Poolnutzung mal mehr, mal weniger stark beeinträchtigt haben. Zumindest im August muss man, laut dem Vermieter, wohl oft damit rechnen. Die nahe gelegene Motorrad Rennstrecke Mugello Circuit ist nahezu täglich in Benutzung und kann je nach Windrichtung die Entspannung beeinträchtigen. Die Einrichtung der Küche ist an sich umfassend, doch einige Töpfe und andere Hilfsmittel könnten langsam erneuert werden. Hier haben wir bei anderen Häusern in dieser Preisklasse andere Erfahrungen sammeln können. Für 13 Personen ist der zur Verfügung stehende Gasherd/Gasofen leider etwas ...

The Villa was amazing!! Plenty of room for everyone, the rooms and bathrooms spacious with everything we needed. It was secluded, and private, just what we wanted. The Chef (Stefano & Patrizia), organised through the Villa owner (Roberto) was exceptional. It was the best meal we had in Italy throughout our entire holiday!! Roberto and his team were friendly and attentive to our needs without being invasive! The Villa was ‘more’ than we ever anticipated!!!!!

11 Kiwis thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Flora 18, Flora and Roberto were very helpful and accommodating. The villa was superb, the setting was magnificent and we would recommend this place to others. Florence was an easy commute away, the town of Borgo San Lorenzo had everything we needed. We dined at the local restaurant a couple of times and found this to be great. Flora also cooked us a meal one night, that was just brilliant!!

Zeer mooie woning met een prachtige ligging. Uiterst vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars die je de volledige vrijheid geven maar bij elk probleem je onmiddellijk helpen. Zeer ruime en propere kamers. Goed ingerichte keuken met een gezellige plaats om buiten te eten. Bakker kort in de buurt , supermarkt iets verder maar makkelijk te bereiken. Prima onderhouden zwembad en jacuzzi. Kortom een absolute aanrader voor mensen die houden van rust en een mooie omgeving. Ook ideaal voor kinderen , plaats genoeg om te spelen , zwembad aanwezig ... We could not have been more pleased! Villa Flora is absolutely spectacular! It is very comfortable with all the amenities we could possibly need. We vacationed as a family of 11 - 7 adults and 4 children, with 3 being under age 5. The ping pong table and foos-ball table were great fun when the weather was not conducive for swimming. Roberto and Flora, the owners, made us feel at home and were immediately available if we needed anything - from local restaurant recommendations to rail station travel. They supplied us with their wine from their own vineyard as well as olive oil! We had them come to teach us Tuscan cooking and served an absolutely phenomenal 4 course dinner, including wild boar from their own property. The views of the Tuscan hills from the front yard were just spectacular while dining outside or enjoying the jacuzzi. Our stay could not have been more enjoyable!!

Alles o.k. leider ist der Anfartsweg sehr schlecht beschrieben . Es steht kein Schild mit dem Namen Villa Vlora zu sehen . Nach vielen Umherirren stellten wir fest, daß der Name jetzt Belvedere heist und auch ein Schild mit diesen Namen zu sehen ist. mfg Bauer [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Everything was fine. Unfortunately, the itinerary to the property was very poorly described. There is no sign with the name of Villa Vlora. After much wandering, we found that the name is now called Belvedere and also a sign with that name is shown.

Das gemietete Objekt, Villa Flora war genau so schön, wie im Internet beschrieben. Gepflegte Anlage mit zahlreichen Blumen. Das Haus landestypisch stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Swimmingpool und Außenanlagen sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Alle 9 Personen und vor allem die drei Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter nett und freundlich. Die Anlage, sowie den Service von EasyReserve würden wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen. The house is furnished in typical country style and very spacious. Swimming pool and outdoor facilities very well maintained. We had a lovely holiday. All 9 persons and above all the three children have been very well. The landlord is nice and friendly. We would recommend you the property and the service of EasyReserve anytime.
