We chose this property because it is central to the town and most importantly has air conditioning which is a must! Our host was amazing and responded quickly to all our questions. "Struttura organizzata negli spazi e arredata modernamente. Ha tutti i confort necessari ma piano cottura e forno funzionano male. Durante il soggiorno uno dei condizionatori si e’ rotto ed il giorno successivo è stato sostituito. Vista l’abbondanza di mosche e vespe sarebbe anche necessario procedere con una disinfestazione per rendere gradevole la permanenza in giardino. Posizione tranquilla."

"Netter Vermieter, ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen, ein Schlafzimmer hat leider keine Klimaanlage. Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer ist durchgelegen. Töpfe noch ok aber die Pfannen sind unbenutzbar. Positiv sind auf jeden Fall die Mückennetze an allen Fenstern. Gute Lage nahe am Meer und prima für einen Ausflug nach Rom. Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos."
