"My family of 4 visited Italy recently and spent a night in Anzio which is a pretty coastal town. We chose this property because it is central to the town and most importantly has air conditioning which is a must! Our host was amazing and responded quickly to all our questions. "Struttura organizzata negli spazi e arredata modernamente. Ha tutti i confort necessari ma piano cottura e forno funzionano male. Durante il soggiorno uno dei condizionatori si e’ rotto ed il giorno successivo è stato sostituito. Vista l’abbondanza di mosche e vespe sarebbe anche necessario procedere con una disinfestazione per rendere gradevole la permanenza in giardino. Posizione tranquilla."

"Our flight schedule changed and we arrived late night to the property . Despite late hour Marco waited for us at the property with keys and warm welcome. "Ive stayed in this hotel a couple of times. The staff are all very kind and speak English. The hotel is basically on the beach/marina. Very nice little town. The train station is 3 minute walk and the train to Rome is only 4 Euro. This little town has few tourist so its not very busy. It is about a 1/2 mile to the Sicilian American WWIi cemetary, very nice part of history. "
