"Federica and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts - great communication throughout the stay and always available. The house was immaculate and well presented. The pool and facilities (swing, table tennis, football pitch etc) were superb. Views were incredible and the area was so peaceful. Highly recommend this villa for a restful break!"

"Het vakantiehuis is ruraal gelegen in een prachtige omgeving. Wie houdt van rust kan hier erg genieten! Het huisje zelf is eenvoudig maar smaakvol ingericht. Alle basics zijn er maar geen extra luxe zoals een vaatwas, airco of wasmachine. Alles is heel netjes en schoon. De eigenaren zijn geweldig lieve mensen die vlot bereikbaar zijn. Wij hebben er erg van genoten!"

"What a wonderful location , peaceful and relaxing Fabio and Loretta were amazing hosts we felt like family . They were available at all times to help us navigate our needs. Their recommendations were exactly what we wanted , fabulous dinners and wine . Their home was inviting well stocked and the views were beautiful. "The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10."

"It’s an Agroturismo. We stayed there with friends, 21 total, 5 families, adults and kids. Fantastic welcoming by the owners. Great landscape, quite place, fantastic swimming pool. 4/5 different and independent appartements in a well restored house of mid 19th century - stones and wood. Great common place to cook and share moments. We went to : Arezzo, Assisi, Perugia, Ravenna, Mirabilandia amusement park!"

"Die gemütlichste Woche seit langem ❗️ Wir waren mit drei Hunden im Urlaub und haben ,trotz nicht vorteilhaftem Wetter, jede Minute genossen. Das Haus liegt wunderbar umgeben von Natur. Der Ofen mit Sichtfenster - genug Holz vorhanden - wärmt das Haus. Das Sofa direkt davor könnte etwas größer sein. Die Gastgeber sehr bemüht. Als Gast können wir uns nur aufs herzlichste bedanken. "Es ist das letzte Haus an der Straße in dem kleinen Ort, also kein Verkehr, nur Ruhe😌. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich👍. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sehr gute Empfehlungen von sehenswerten in der Nähe geschickt, welche perfekt auf uns gepasst haben. Es war alles in allem eine sehr schöne Woche. Vielen Dank!!!😁"

"John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see...
