"We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is gorgeous, perched on a hillside with expansive views of the Marche countryside. Understand that it's not the Ritz-Carlton, rather, it's an old, totally authentic-feeling stay in the rustic Italian countryside. We were asked to stay in La Rocca dei Malatesta which was more simple and cheaper (it is very easy to check on the Internet) - but we were charged the Residenza price - with no excuse from their side."
