"Great location with large rooms, full kitchen and delicious included breakfast. About 20 minutes walk to Garbatella metro station , or you can ride the bus, the bus stop is right across from the hotel. Very friendly service staff also."

"Hotel staff are amazing, made our stay lovely. Underground parking isn't accessible as the ramp down is too steep but the uncovered parking worked just fine. Room as a little run down but for the price its very good. "

"The staff was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was easily accessible, clean and very good and the neighborhood was extremely convenient. The only negative we found was a sewer gas smell coming from the bathroom that was pretty intense. As long as you kept the bathroom door closed and the bathroom door open it was tolerable. Everything's else was perfect!"

"Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms had everything we needed. (Fair warning to British tourists - there are no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, but it is easily available at the request at the lobby seating area.) Breakfast was very generous and catered to all - omnivores, vegetarians and vegans. 30 mins easy walk to Colosseum, or quick ride in public transport. 20 mins walk from Termini (bus/train depo). We were very well looked after and enjoyed our stay."

"Beautiful and clean close to the beach and great friendly staff!"

"Can’t say enough about this oasis of a property and the property owners! Sara was super responsive and a joy to get to know while we stayed here. The home is very clean and well-maintained- very comfortable. We rented the main house which the upper level apartment for a very reasonable cost. If the whole home is rented, 8 people can stay here very comfortably. Close to grocery stores and train stations too. Would absolutely stay here again!"
