"Housekeeping was great, front desk somehow helpful. The facilities are extremely old, out of date, very small TVs, no cable, non-reliable wifi signal, non accessible transportation, even though the bus stop is a few blocks from the hotel buses won’t stop or display a sign of “completely full”, you will have to wait 30 minutes for the next bus hoping it stops. No restaurants around, "

"Superb hotel. Wonderful location with a shopping mall and Eataly next door. 2 minute walk to the Metro station Lingotto. I love the hotel is in the converted former Fiat factory. Spacious, comfortable and modern rooms with a great bathroom. The breakfast is great. Love the bar and piano playing! Staff are great. Highly recommend! "
