New house, between sea and countryside, Étretat

This tastefully decorated gîte offers a high level of comfort, with a beautiful 33m² living room, a well-equipped modern kitchen, two bedrooms with carefully chosen bedding (160x200 beds), a wardrobe, blackout/insulating curtains and a spacious walk-in shower. The living room leads onto the south-facing terrace, where you can relax on the sun loungers and make the most of the garden. In fine weather, a barbecue awaits you on the terrace. Organise your stay in Normandy from our gîte, and make the most of Etretat as an essential stopover for discovering the rest of the Côte d'Albâtre (Le Havre, Fécamp, Dieppe) as well as the D-Day beaches, Honfleur and Deauville. This is a pretty new house (2022), in a peaceful setting between sea and countryside, ideally situated on the heights of Etretat. From the house, you can walk to the town centre, the pebble beach, the cliffs, restaurants, shops, etc. in around 15 minutes. This is very convenient as parking is often difficult in Etretat.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters This property is not suitable for families with children younger than 12 years of age. The lessor does not accept bookings for families with small children Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
