Superbe appartement typiquement bordelais, avec une charmante terrasse aménagée, des grandes fenêtres. Situé au premier étage d'un immeuble 18éme. Appartement et localisation exceptionnels en plein choeur du quartier historique de Bordeaux.
L'appartement vient d'être rénové en conservant son caractère unique et en lui ajoutant une touche 'déco' contemporaine. L'appartement est vraiment beau et 'cosy'. Sa terrasse très joliment aménagée, ou court une végétation, permet de faire des pauses très appréciées. Le salon/salle à manger offre canapé, fauteuils et une grande table pour les repas. Ses 2 chambres situées à l'arrière de la rue sont extrêmement calmes. Chacune d'elles dispose d'une salle d'eau avec lavabo et douche. Couchage supplémentaire pour 2 personnes dans canapé convertible ( matelas en 120 cms de large).
Les toilettes sont indépendants et dispose d'un WC et d'un lavabo.

Four days in Bourdeaux
Wonderful location. Apartment was clean. Kitchen very nice and well appointed. New washer/dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Parking is difficult due traffic and city road complexity. It was listed as two bath shower only. It meant no toilet in bedroom bathrooms. Thought that meant no bathtub. Showers were very nice. Good water pressure. Only one toilet in unit by front door. That was inconvenient for us. The furniture in the living is in bad shape. Really should be replaced. Only shams on the beds, no pillows. No air conditioning so had windows open which allowed in some bugs.

Charming apartment in a wonderful setting
Thoroughly enjoyed this property and very likely to book again. Located in a very walkable, historic neighborhood with many restaurants and shops nearby, this 2 bed, 2 bath apartment was perfect for four adults. The kitchen was well fitted, beds comfortable and showers with good heat and water pressure. Our host was very responsive both before and during the rental.

Perfect location for access to historic Bordeaux
The apartment had a beautiful, historic feel--I enjoyed the decor, hard wood floors, and original architecture, up a long set of stairs. Access to historic sights, restaurants and foods was amazing, as they were all around us. The kitchen had everything we needed; and we appreciated the bottle of wine! I would recommend not having a car, or parking near an accessible street, as navigating the correct streets was challenging for us and our cell phone maps were not correct. Overall wonderful experience.

It is nice. The beds are comfortable and hot water pressure for shower is great. It is close to the river front, the train stop, restaurants and shops. We just walked going around the city. Commendable place to stay in Bordeaux ❤️

Perfect Bordeaux location - beautiful luxurious apartment!
This is a very beautiful apartment and Ariel is an attentive host that has covered off everything you could possibly need - and even surprised us with an arrival gift (bottle of fine Bordeaux wine). Entry to the apartment was both independent and easy - instructions for the apartment, local transit, groceries, restaurants etc. were informative. Ariel remained in touch throughout our stay. The location is perfect - decent neighbourhood within walking distance of many key sights (and simple tram system for travelling beyond).

Charming apartment in great location
The apartment is situated in a great location, within walking distance of many of the city’s attractions. It is also very close to a tram station. The apartment itself is well equipped and having two bathrooms was a bonus. The two bedrooms were both very quiet. We have stayed at several properties in Bordeaux and this one is our favourite and one we hope to return to one day.

Excellent location near the heart of Bordeaux, but having the bedrooms in the back made them very quiet. It was very hot but the apartment stayed relatively cool.

We walked everywhere in the city. Guides met us at the apartment for strolls across the city. Evening meals were spent on the square just a block from our door. So fun!

This is a very nice comfortable convenient two bedroom apartment in the old city with a good fully equipped kitchen. Nice bright big windows. Very agreeable owner who was helpful and easy to communicate with. It’s within easy walking distance to the golden triangle area. The tram stop is 5 mins walk away and perfect to get to the apartment from the station and back. No need for taxis. The street can be a bit noisy at night but It didn’t really bother us. There are lots of restaurants, a big Carrefour grocery store, a Boulangerie and a wine shop all close by. If you want to stay in but don’t want to cook, get some delicious empanadas from the Argentinian shop next door or equally delicious Turkish pizza from the corner. I highly recommend ‘Echo’ and ‘Le Chien Pavlov’ restaurants. Both are relaxed with excellent innovative food. We were there for nine nights and it was all good.

Elegant Apartment In Great Location
Out of 2 weeks traveling through France, this apartment in Bordeaux was the highlight of our trip. It is positively elegant. One block to the left begins series of piazzas, cafes and the convenient car park. Every road you walk down i to explore is filled with delight. It is close to the water and many sites of interest. Arielle is the perfect hostess. She checked in with us occasionally to make sure we were happy, but was not invasive at all. I’m fact, I forgot some very important medications there and she had no problem mailing them to the US. It was a perfect stay.

A Relaxing, Elegant Gem
I had the pleasure of spending 5 nights in Ariele's apartment in January. It's located on a quiet street in the old town, near 2 of the historic gates. There are an abundance of restaurants and wine bars nearby. The apartment is charming, elegant and quite "grand." It's also very well equipped, with excellent showers and comfortably furnished. Bordeaux (first visit) is also very charming and easy to get around on foot. The people are very friendly and helpful. There are great museums and the opera house is a treasure. The TGV from Paris takes about 2 hours and it's a very relaxing way to travel. It's a short tram ride from the train station to the apartment. Ariele made booking very easy and completely hassle free.

Bordeaux charm
This well located apartment has been charmingly decorated and well equipped by its friendly and responsive owner. In the old town of Bordeaux, it is surrounded by places to eat, drink and shop which are a pleasure to stroll to. The major attractions of the town are within easy walking distance. If you don't feel like walking or want to visit a more remote site you can catch a tram from a close by stop. All together a great place to base your visit to one of the great cities of France.

An absolute pleasure to stay here
We toured Europe for several weeks, staying in many homes and this was by far the most comfortable home we experienced. The location is ideal! There are great restaurants, and grocers nearby and it is very close to the riverfront, for evening walks or morning jogs. The interior is very well equipped and several nights even with all of the amazing options at our doorstep we selected to simply stay in, make appetizers and enjoy the beautiful apartment. The rooms are spacious, and private. The layout is perfect for two couples because even if one couple is up early or late there is a door separating the bedrooms area from the main home. Also, even though the front of the home opens to a vibrant pedestrian street, when you close the large solid windows it becomes very peaceful in the living area, and the bedrooms back onto a peaceful rear courtyard - providing silent evenings

Perfect Location, Perfect Accommodation
My husband and I stayed in Arièle's beautiful apartment for five nights and we couldn't have been happier. The living room was open, airy, and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking our own breakfast each morning, the bedroom was absolutely silent for a good night's sleep, the water pressure strong for a good hot shower... in short, it was everything we like to have in a home away from home. And the neighborhood was phenomenal—the friendly wine bar right next door had a vast selection of great wines and yummy snacks, and the wine bar two doors down was equally appealing, with tables outside for great people-watching. We will definitely be back!

Charming stay in the heart of Bordeaux
The property was lovely and the location fantastic. Walking distance to loads of restaurants and shops. A well equipped kitchen made breakfasts and indoor picnics very easy. A slight warning: this is not really a 2 bedroom ensuite property. Each of the bedrooms has its own shower and sink, but not its own toilet. There is one communal toilet in the living area but you have to leave your bedroom to use it. Driving into the parking area near the property was a bit dicey and not for the faint of heart — lots of pedestrians, motorcycles, strollers etc coming at you from all directions on narrow streets. We compared it to a video game and hoped we could avoid all the obstacles! Bordeaux is an extremely crowded, young person 20’s and 30’s type of place. We used it as a base to explore the area which we would not do again as it was too much of a hassle coming and going into the city. But we would rate the property very highly, it was nicely decorated and the linens and beds were comfortable.

Pleasant apartment in very good location
My husband and I, together with another couple of friends, stayed in Ariele's apartment for one week. During this time we enjoyed its location, its pleasant furnishings (albeit somewhat cluttered in the bedrooms) and its little terrace garden. We were disappointed by the neglected state of repair of the building; the entrance hall was dark, dusty and unwelcoming. Also some facilities in the apartment were not up to standard: a large proportion of the bulbs were not working, there were no towel rails in the second bathroom, and the kitchen utensils were limited; for example there only a few pots available and they had no lids.

Lovely stay in central Bordeaux
Our group of 4 adults wanted a nice place to stay in central Bordeaux, and Ariele’s apartment certainly fits the bill. It’s in the old city area, and easily within walking distance to the river foreshore, business area, hundreds of eateries, the tourism centre, and parks. The apartment is on the first floor, so expect some stairs. The kitchen has all the requirements for food preparation, as well as the very handy washing machine, and the large lounge / dining area is very welcoming for all guests. Each bedroom has a small shower / vanity area, but there is only a single share toilet. The whole apartment is well maintained and very clean, as has a very ‘homely’ feeling. We strongly recommend this apartment if you plan to stay in Bordeaux.
