A nice and quirky house
We really enjoyed our stay in this quirky French house, which has all the facilities that you could imagine. The owner was excellent in their communication and we've enjoyed the stay greatly. It's a short walk to the to the local immunities and nice stroll into the city centre.

Great location
Low key neighborhood within easy walking distance of all you need to see Bordeaux center. Bus stop close by. Many options for shopping and dining. Great gathering place after a day of sight seeing. Wonderful to have off street parking if you have a vehicle.

Loved the house, the central location, the quietness of the neighborhood, the wonderful welcome and flexibility of our host who allowed us to drop off our baggage and to check in well before our time. We loved the plum tart that our host offered us and had breakfast a few days with it. We would stay again and again in this charming house with the lovely patio. Merci, Mme Annick. Everything was perfect!
We have stayed at many rentals before, but this is ranked top of all of them. Annick put a lot of thought and care into the property, from the artful decorations around the beautiful home, to the well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We have a 2 and 5 year old and the home was especially accommodating to us, with the child's room, toys, and extra kids gear. The sunroom was such a pleasant space to be in even on the cooler days. We felt so comfortable and at ease in this home, and wish we could have been there longer than the one week we stayed. Annick was very warm and responsive to us, and her welcome gift of a bottle of Sauterne, macaroons and chocolate eggs for the kids was just icing on the cake. I could not recommend this rental enough!

Perfect stay for visiting Bordeaux
This house is the perfect stay for Bordeaux. Quit neighborhood, great house and within 20-25 min walk downtown Bordeaux. Also very nice and cooperative host. One small detail. We were with 7 people, with one toilet sometimes a little challenge. But overal 5 ⭐️ rating! Highly recommend!

Maison au top idéalement situé
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Annick, très spacieuse et bien équipée où il fait bon passer ses vacances. Le plus à Bordeaux c'est le garage car toutes les rues sont payantes. Transport en commun à proximité à 5 minutes. Propriétaire très accueillante.

Hyggeligt hjem i gå afstand til Bordeaux centrum
Vi var 7 personer i en meget varm weekend i Juli +30 grader, så vi var meget glade for at huset havde et velfungerende centralt luftkølingsanlæg. Huset er fint og hyggeligt- og der er 3 gode dobbeltværelser og et børneværelse med en enkelt seng på første sal i huset. Det passed perfekt til os! Man kan gå til centrum (Placa Gambetta) på ca 20 min men der er også en station for bycykler 5 min fra huset, hvis man foretrækker at cykle. Bemærk det er et privat hjem og ikke en udlejningslejlighed, så det er mere personligt indrettet. God og hurtig kommunikation med ejeren, der lod os efterlade baggage efter tjek ud. Der er også gratis parkering indkluderet i lejen.

Belle maison bien localisée pour visiter Bordeaux. La salle de jeu a été très appréciée. Il y a bien 4 chambres (3 lits doubles + 1 lit simple) en sus du canapé lit a l'étage inférieur. Recommandé !

Nous avons apprécié de réunir notre petite famille, toutes générations confondues dans la maison d’Annick qui est un véritable havre de paix…spacieuse, conviviale, pratique, lumineuse et verdoyante ! Comme déjà mentionné dans d'autres avis, accueil très chaleureux de la part d'Annick (gâteau, boisson au frais, capsules de café,...) et flexibilité concernant les horaires d'arrivée ou de départ. Très belle maison climatisée(1er: salon/cuisine et 2ème étage où sont les chambres, bien au nombre de 4 dont une avec un lit 1 personne), et très bonne insonorisation intérieure. Quartier très calme sans bruit. A 30 min à pied de l'hypercentre, transports en commun à 2 min à pied. Je recommande.

Toller Stadtaufenthalt in großzügiger Wohnung
Wir sind als Familie (5 Personen) mitten in der Hitzewelle in Bordeaux angekommen und waren jeden Tag für die Klimaanlage dankbar und für das große Haus, dessen schöne, geräumige Zimmer jedem einen gemütlichen Rückzugsbereich ermöglicht haben. Unsere Vermieterin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und mit allen nötigen Informationen versorgt. Das Haus liegt ruhig und trotzdem zentral, sodass wir alle interessanten Ziele mit Tram oder Bus, zum Teil auch zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Abends konnten wir uns im Keller bei einer Runde Billard entspannen. Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Ein Hinweis trotzdem noch: Auf FeWo sollte deutlicher sein, dass es sich bei den vier Schlafzimmern um drei Schlafzimmer plus ein Kinderzimmer mit Einzelbett handelt. Wir haben uns trotzdem gut arrangiert und empfehlen diese Adresse vorbehaltlos.

Grande propriété avec toutes les commodités
Belle grande maison avec toutes les commodités pour enfants, bien située à environ 20-30 mins de marche du centre et des attractions. Literie confortable et maison lumineuse et bien équipée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour avec nos 3 enfants. Merci Annick!
