## THE ACCOMMODATION
Discover a magnificent duplex apartment located in an 18th-century historic building, UNESCO-listed, in the heart of Bordeaux. This 67 m² apartment, situated on the 4th floor, offers a breathtaking view of the Pont de Pierre, the quays, and the green right bank, promising an exceptional stay. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and is equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful living room with a flat-screen TV, a sofa, storage spaces, and a central island serving as an additional work surface and dining table, as well as an open-plan kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction hob, multifunction oven, dishwasher, blender, scale, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. A bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining shower room, as well as a separate toilet, complete this floor. Upstairs, you will discover two additional bedrooms with double beds and a shower room with a shower and toilet.
## SECURITY DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of 350 € will be required for the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is mandatory and must be completed before arrival at the accommodation. The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not impact the usage limits of your bank card. You will only need to pay the service fee of 4,50 €. Within 7 days following your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically canceled.
## INTERACTIONS WITH GUESTS
One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time. Check-ins are normally from 4 pm to 8:30 pm, but it is possible to arrive later upon request, with an additional charge of 10 € per extra hour.

The Saint-Pierre district, with its cobblestone streets and historic buildings, is also nearby. On the other side, you will find the Sainte-Croix district and its green spaces, as well as the Sainte-Colombe district, renowned for its authentic charm. The apartment is ideally located to explore all the corners of the historic center of Bordeaux, a UNESCO World Heritage site. You can easily access iconic places like the Place de la Bourse, the water mirror, and the Grand Théâtre. Amenities such as bakeries and grocery stores are within walking distance, some even open 24/7.

From Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport:
Take the 30'Direct shuttle to Gare Saint-Jean, then take tram C to the "Porte de Bourgogne" stop and walk about 5 minutes.

To park your vehicle, you can use the paid public parking located under the Salinières building, accessible from the quays, in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Street parking spaces are free only between 7 pm and 9 am, as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
