It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 150 m² garden. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

First floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, Wifi (fiber optics), fireplace (wood not supplied), a dining area and a sitting area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed
- Bedroom 3: single bed
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful garden of approx. 150 m².
- A terrace of approx. 40 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Blanquefort, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Jogging in the Parc de Tanaïs
- Take the wine route and visit the châteaux (Margaux - Saint Julien etc.)
- Visit the medieval village of Saint Emilion with its prestigious grands crus
