The neighborhood:

Place de la Victoire is the student district of Bordeaux, since it is home to the Faculty of Medicine. Animated by many bars that surround it, the square is often a venue for shows, concerts and various events attracting both young and old Bordeaux residents. In 2005, following the project to develop the square, two works by Czech sculptor Ivan Theimer were installed: an obelisk and two giant cast iron turtles, works dedicated to the glory of the vine and wine.
If you like the lively atmosphere of the markets, you should not miss a 10-minute walk to the Marché des Capucins, the largest covered market in Bordeaux, where you can do your shopping or enjoy a platter of oysters from the Bay of Arcachon, a plate of Spanish tapas, cold meats or cheese, accompanied by a Bordeaux or Entre-deux-mers. And all around the market, a large number of restaurants will welcome you to let you discover local flavours or take you on a trip around the world.

You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will show you the apartment, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed is made up on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.
