The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this splendid house for rent, which can comfortably accommodate 5 travellers, in a quiet location in the centre of Bordeaux. It has two large bedrooms. It has a large, private garden and a private parking space. If you're spending a few days or a few weeks in Bordeaux, whether on business or on holiday/weekends, don't miss out on a stay in this unique setting! This magnificent house is located in a green and peaceful setting. Bed linen and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided, and your bed will be made on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.

With a surface area of 95 m², the accommodation is composed as follows:
- A sitting area with sofa and TV
- Dining area with table and chairs
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, Wi-Fi connection, Italian shower, TV and dishwasher....

The flat is ideally located in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

When you stay at L'Arcachonnaise, you're in the centre of Bordeaux, a 5-minute walk from tramway line A (Hôtel de Police stop), and 4 stops from Place Pey Berland with its famous cathedral. On foot, you are 1 km from Rue Sainte-Catherine, the longest pedestrian street in Europe, and 1.5 km from Bordeaux's historic quarter with all its restaurants and bars.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking space.

Bordeaux Gold
This location was chosen in part as it was close to the Patinoire de Bordeaux. My daughter was competing at the skating arena and she was able to walk back and forth to her practices and competition. The location was close to cafe's, the market, and of course the Patisserie. Within walking distance to town center and the famous Saint Andre Cathedral as well as transportation to anywhere around the city. The location was perfect for us and the accommodations were just as excellent. I loved the downstairs area as the second bedroom, and we did not feel crowded in the house. The front porch and yard made it feel like home. If I'm in the area again, I would choose this location.

Dazu streunt eine Katze durch den Garten, so dass man keine Türen und Fenster auflassen kann."
