Very friendly and helpful! The hotel was clean, the bed comfy, and shower hot (although small). The property is located perfectly to walk the inner city. A short distance to great dining options and bars.

Excellent Hotel Madame Bordeaux
Great stay at Hotel Madame in the centre of Bordeaux. Very close to the key sites and walking distance to an airport tram and all the main streets and eating places. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Bordeaux for a few nights. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout. Room was compact, but clean, comfortable and with a delightful view over the streets below and park.

Lovely!
Lovely staff, someone is at the desk 24/7, so perfect for late arrivals. Room was beautifully furnished, very modern and well-appointed. Was very hot when we were there - there is no air conditioning, although several fans in the room did a reasonable job at keeping things cool. Would definitely stay again!

A Bordeaux Boutique Jewel in a perfect location
Wonderful experience! Amelia, the owner, is par excellence In servicing hotel guests. My room was a beautifully appointed « Madame » room honoring the great blues singer, Nina Simone, with photographs of her on the wall. I love the idea of room themes based on famous women!

Great location, right in the center of the old town, walking was not a problem and quick access to the tram line. room was comfortable and not having an air-conditioner was not a problem as the outside air was comfortable with the window open. We visited the end of May The staff were very helpful and friendly and provided us great suggestions for activities and places to eat. This is definitely on our short list to return to

The property looked nothing like the photo. The entrance is on a small side street, and the hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. The lobby was the size of a postage stamp. The rooms are small, and the facilities are in a tiny room separated from the bath. I would not recommend staying there.

Unser Zimmer war Richtung Innenhof. Man konnte das Fenster aufgrund des dominanten Geruch vom Restaurant daneben nicht öffnen. Gerade in warmen Monaten ist das sehr einschränkend. Der Geruch ist wirklich sehr störend, natürlich trägt das Hotel keine Schuld aber man könnte das Zimmer wenigstens vergünstigt anbieten.
