The house is located on Saint-Médard-en-Jalles (commune belonging to the Bordeaux Metropolis) located in the heart of a quiet residential area with shops nearby.

Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport is 10 minutes away. The nearest bus stop is 50 metres away. Easy parking, with free places on the street and the possibility of bringing vehicles inside the property.
For bike lovers, beautiful bike paths are accessible nearby.

House on one level, of 110 m². Housing completely renovated and air-conditioned, with equipped kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and 4 bedrooms:
1 bedroom, bed 160 x 200 cm

1 bedroom, bed 160 x 200 cm
1 bedroom with mezzanine; 1 bed on the first floor of 140 x 190 cm and a convertible bench 95 x 167 cm on the ground floor.

The house also includes a garden with trees.

The accommodation has a secure key box with a 24/7 self-contained entrance.

Rules of Procedure:
An inventory will be made at the time of your arrival as well as at the time of your departure. A one-time deposit of € 300 will be requested and returned at the end of your stay.

No noise damage after 22H in order to respect the neighborhood.

Cleaning is to be done before your departure: leave the house in the same state as when you arrived, that is to say cleaned and tidied.

Blown away!!!!!!!
Incredible property located in a great area 10 km from Bordeaux. There are great restaurants located locally to the property. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and with the quietness of the neighborhood made for a great nights sleep. I will certainly be staying here in the future and would strongly recommend the stay. The property owners communicated with use leading up to, and during our stay. This a very clean home with all new appliances and bathrooms. We’ll worth it!!!!

Très bonne soirée !
Ma sœur, nos amies et moi nous sommes rejoint chez Aurelie et Laurent afin de profiter ensemble d'une belle soirée. Le logement était très propre, bien équipé et spacieux . La terasse très agréable a sublimée cette soirée, je recommande.
