Perfect Location
We loved our little apartment, the park across the street was so great. A nice stroll every evening, even glasses of wine in the park cafe. So easy to use the buses and trams from here. Parking the car was also a plus. We hope to come back to this little gem.

Beautiful Bordeaux!
My spouse and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for 5 days and wish it could have been longer! We loved the location - it was convenient and quiet, across from the park, a short walk to the tram and to plenty of shops and restaurants. The waterfront area and historic old town are an easy 15 minutes away. The apartment and building have such historic character, wonderful big windows, high ceilings and moldings, but also all the modern updates you need, including a well-appointed kitchen and large shower. The off-street parking and laundry facilities were a big bonus. Stephanie was a delightful hostess and very easy to communicate with. We hope to visit again!

Spacious apartment in great neighborhood
The apartment is very spacious and because there are windows in the front and back, we could get a nice cross breeze which was nice since the weather was quite warm. We enjoyed the location across from a pretty park and close to the tram, restaurants and grocery stores. The dedicated parking space was heaven. After a long day of sightseeing, the apartment was a welcoming retreat.

Spacious apartment, great atmosphere
My mom and I were here for a full week and had a very pleasant stay. The apartment has traditional architecture and high-end finishes; it felt more like a hotel. There is also lots of space in the main room for entertaining if you are there to see family/friends but need your own place. It is not as close to downtown as other places, but in exchange the area is quiet and less populated (being right across from a park also helps). We also found a nice Italian restaurant le Murano nearby with a great secluded outdoor eating area, despite being on a busy road. The nearest bus stop is a 5 minute walk, and the nearest tram, 9 minutes. From there it is about 10-15 minutes to Quinconces, where you can transfer to other lines or get off and continue downtown on foot (the tourist office is found there). For the price compared to the quality of the apartment and factoring in location, I am very happy with my experience in Bordeaux. Both Stéphanie and Céline are also responsive and accommodating. Awesome apartment, quiet neighborhood, c’est super!
Stephanie was very helpful before and during our stay. It was easy to find with GPS and it is right across from beautiful Parc Bordelais. It’s a 5 to 15 minute walk from a couple of markets and restaurants. We suggest a short Uber ride towards the river Gironde for many more restaurants, shopping, clubs and great walks along the river and its history. It is also a good location in the city of Bordeaux for access to the left bank Bordeaux wine region (Margaux, Haut Médoc, etc.), and not too bad to cross the river to the right bank Bordeaux region (Pomerol, Saint-Émilion, etc.). Since we were there, partially for the wine region, we rented a car at the Bordeaux TVG station. Although the apartment offers parking, just be aware that getting in and out of the space may be a bit difficult for anything more than a medium-size vehicle. We had a DS-4 and it was interesting getting in and out with neighbors blocking the way a few days, but it was accomplished without issue. Unfortunately, we were there during one of the hottest spells. Bordeaux has hotter during our stay, so without air conditioning it was a bit warm, but the fans helped a lot. Great value for the money.

Perfect base for stay in Bordeaux
Location is great: right next to the beautiful Parc Bordelais, tram, bars, restaurants, and amenities within walking distance. Feels like you’re living in Bordeaux rather as a tourist. Apartment is the right size for two people and very tastefully decorated, very comfortable to live in. Absolutely no problems with the host. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Great Location!
The apartment was beautiful, and the location could not have been better. Adjacent to Parc Bordelais, and walking distance to restaurants and shopping, it was so convenient. The kitchen is a bit small, but normal for French city apartments, and it was well equipped. The spacious living room and bedroom were wonderful. We had a wonderful time!

Highly recommended accomodation in Bordeaux
Lovely apartment in peaceful area just outside city centre. 5 minute walk to tram which takes you to the centre of this stunning French city in 10 minutes( 4 stops). Walkable in 25 to 30 minutes but due to the high temperatures in mid 30s the week we were visiting not so comfortable so we were glad of the tram option. Some nice restaurants very locally too.

Superb apartment in a fantastic location
This was our third attempt to visit due to lock downs and we weren’t disappointed. The apartment is in a great location close to tram and park, handy for a late afternoon drink at the bar/cafe! Fixtures and fittings were top class and we loved the walk in shower. The bedroom was huge, comfortable bed and quiet at night. Stephanie was a great host and we took note of her recommendation to visit Arcachon and St Emilion. Really handy that’s there’s private parking to the rear of the property. We had a great week, thoroughly enjoyed Bordeaux.

Fantastic apartment
The property is the ideal base from which to explore the great city of Bordeaux, and into the wider surrounding area. The apartment was very smart and comfortable, and we really appreciated the private parking space. Communication and check-in/out was very easy, and really reassuring.

A very quiet suburban retreat
This apartment is an excellent choice for guests who prefer to stay in a quiet area of Bordeaux. There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the apartment, but they are not as lively as dining in the city, which we prefer. It is about a seven-minute walk to the nearest tram stop, taking you to the center city in about 15 minutes. It is a very accessible method to travel around Bordeaux. We never took the bus near the apartment. We walked several times to various city locations, and it was about a 30 - 40 minute walk. Our preference is a place closer to walking distance to the restaurants and shops in such a vibrant city as Bordeaux. So the location was an issue for us. However, it is a well-appointed property and would be a good choice for a stay in Bordeaux if you appreciate a quiet location. More amenities, such as toilet paper (more than one roll), paper towels, bath soap, and shampoo, should be provided. Written instructions would be helpful on how to use the appliances. These are minor issues and will not prevent you from having an enjoyable stay in Bordeaux, hence our five-star rating.

Luxury apartment oasis in Bordeaux
We had a wonderful one week stay here in October. This apartment is a delight with high end furnishings throughout. We were very comfortable here. Its very quiet, and we slept well. We appreciated the parking spot, as we made day trips to St Emilion and Arcachon from here with our car. The Parc Bordelais across the street was a joy to stroll in the evening. There are bus stops right outside the park which get you to the old city in about 20 minutes. We were also able to Uber downtown. There are a couple good grocery stores within 500km as well. Overall this is an excellent apartment for visiting Bordeaux and the surrounding region.

An elegant base for a stay in Bordeaux
Very good location, close to the Parc Bordelais, in a grand building. Extremely elegant, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. A plus was parking in the small garden behind the house, which we were not expecting. Bus into the city close by. Food shops 5-8 minutes walk away.

We stayed for 11 nights, the area was quiet and relaxing, tree lined street, beautiful park across the road and hire bikes easily accessible. This apartment is just on the outskirts of the city so perfectly located if you have a car - free parking! Supermarket nearby plus some restaurants or city centre about 20 min walk, kitchen equiped to do light cooking otherwise delivery services available in the area as well. Excellent sized bathroom and shower for European standards too. All within a classic historical building. Well done Stephanie (owner) thank you for your assistance.

Very nice apartment in nice area of Bordeaux
We stayed in this Bordeaux apartment for 4 nights during early September. First the positives - Stephanie, the property manager, is very helpful and was accommodating in coordinating time for us to meet her to get the keys. She also provided a lot of extremely helpful information, including neighborhood gems like the restaurant down the street, the nearest supermarket etc. She had a nice selection of area travel brochures available and even sent Bordeaux area travel info via email in advance of our stay. When she met us at the apartment to give us the keys, she gave us a fairly thorough overview of the apartment and details like how to operate the microwave, TV etc. The apartment itself is lovely and has luxurious finishes. More than enough space for 2 people. location across the street from the park is also nice and the neighborhood feels safe. For those who are not traveling with a car, it is helpful that there is a bus stop right outside the apartment. We traveled by car and didn't have too difficult of a time finding a parking place within 1 block when we would return at the end of each day. The negatives are few, but need to be pointed out. We found the bed to be EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I do not have back problems, but after 4 nights on this bed, my back was killing me and I have to say, I could not stay here again simply because of the mattress. It's that bad. I felt like springs were digging into my back the entire night. Temperature and ventilation are a concern on warm days as there is no air conditioning or fans in the unit. We opened the windows in the evening when temperatures cooled to try to cool the unit down, but then had to deal with street noise (which is significant when the windows are open) and concern about leaving windows open while asleep since this is a first story unit. The addition of a couple of fans would probably take care of the problem and would be an easy fix by the owner. Were it not for the uncomfortable bed and lack of means to cool the apartment, I would have given this apartment 5 stars. The good news is that these items can be easily remedied by a conscientious owner.

Lovely apartment
Lovely clean apartment at the top of a quiet street just across the road from a lovely park. We found the bed a bit firm but that's as much fault as I can muster. The transport system in Bordeaux is exceptional with a 13.4 Euro ticket giving unlimited access to the bus, tram and boat (Batcub) for a whole week. The bus stop for Liane 5 (towards the city centre) is right outside the door. Really loved the city, a beautiful place. I hope we get chance to return someday. If we do we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this apartment.

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay in this great apartment. The location is fantastic, central and yet quiet. A special bonus is the private parking space to the rear of the building. Stephanie was an extremely friendly and helpful host. We will be back for sure.
