The duplex apartment (separate bedroom) is completely renovated. It is on the 2nd floor, very comfortable, bright and perfectly equipped, Internet, television, sheets + towels provided, hair dryer, kitchen equipped with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine. In hyper city between opposite the town hall, the place Pey Berland and the Cathedral St André, ideally located, rue Bouffard, rue des antiquaires is located in a very pleasant and privileged area. You can visit the Museum of Fine Arts, the Aquitaine Museum, St André Cathedral, the Rohan Palace etc. Shops, restaurants, cinemas, trams at the foot of the apartment.
You can spend a wonderful short or long term stay there (intermediate cleaning offered). NO EXCESS FEES.
