Still awaiting emailed assistance from STAYZ/VRBO Specialised team more than 2 weeks after online chat person promised a response in 24-48 hours, this was after increased frustration levels in dealing with owner/host.. The apartment is large and airy, clean, and a mix of modern and old, but in need of serious maintenance eg. toaster (replaced after 3 days), coffee maker (not replaced), living room ceiling lights didn't ever work. Old equipment in situ not working eg in main bedroom 3 air ?machines, only 1 worked, and that wasn't the advertised air conditioner. Door handles, toilet roll holders, falling off, bathroom sink plug stuck in down position. Didn't even try the modern oven, dishwasher or TV. Basic supplies minimal 2 teabags, for 4 people for 9 days & a few unspecified coffee capsules for broken machine, hardly any soaps, but lots of out of date groceries in cupboard. Many English speaking guests in the Guest book but no instructions in English. Finally. the lack of communication from the host/owner, other than 1 person sent around on about day 2 or 3 who confirmed the above problems and passed this on to owner/host, and the toaster was replaced, nothing else despite our ongoing messages to the owner/host other than being told to use the lamps in living area and the drip coffee machine. Shower and toilet in the modern shower room are a very tight fit and water goes everywhere. Notes about the above were written into the Guest Book.
