"The best thing about this stay was Pilar's (the host) hospitality! She is lovely, and despite the language barriers, we had some great chats with her and looked round her lovely home - she also made us the best sponge cake ever!! "The property was spacious and the kitchen very well equipped with new, high spec appliances and loads of pots, pans, gadgets and crockery. Living and dining area was good for up to 8 adults max. Bedrooms in the basement were adequate but poorly ventilated with no windows. Location in village was great with stunning views from parking area which doubled as terrace and eating area shared with 2 other properties so outdoor eating wasn't very practical and so very disappointing for a summer holiday....
