"The hotel is very close to the city's main commercial streets, where most stores and restaurants are located. The staff is very friendly and professional. The view is nice, but the commercial port's noise started very early in the morning. If you are very sensitive to the noise, bring your earplugs. Just so you know, they don't have a safe in the room(at least in our twin bedroom). We were pretty satisfied though for sure."

There is no room service, so guests should be proactive when it comes to meals. The quality of service meets and exceeds expectations and while not all staff speak English, there are incredibly patient and will help you get what you need. Spa, car rental, and transportation services to and from the airport and within the resort are available to get around. Amazing snorkeling and water activities right off the beach. "
