"My husband and I had a fantastic stay in the 'Black Pearl" Bungalow. It was beautifully decorated and had all the most updated appliances we could ask for. The BBQ was great!We loved that the air conditioning covered the entire bungalow. It was fantastic to step into the water off of the private landing. Our dock was a private entrance and we loved that entire privacy of this bungalow.The road behind us was noisy ,however this was the only small issue.The property manager "NIR" was fabulous ! He gave us a phone to use and we called him for any questions. He was so happy to help us and organized a private snorkle tour for us which was the most amazing experience we had. We followed some Manta Rays. We highly recommend this VROB if you want a private bungalow and local experience in the real Bora Bora."

Her attention to every detail pairs seamlessly with Garrick Yrondis beautiful artworks. Our time at Villa Yrondi will not be forgotten. From the lush grounds to the beautiful staff and the properties guard dog (an adorable little Daschaund) Villa Yrondi is truly one of a kind."

"This hotel has its ow beach and a peer to go to several places/excursions. It is very clean, offers wonderful breakfast buffet and the staff is very helpful. "

"The property is beautiful and the overwater bungalows are well maintained! Breakfast buffet didn’t disappoint either - very good selection of a wide variety of items. Staff at the resort were underwhelming unfortunately in terms of service. This started with my pre-arrival communications with their concierge, which was consistently delayed and slow on Thalasso’s end. This only continued during my stay at the property. Many staff at the pool and restaurants didn’t even speak or understand fluent English. Due to their poor communication skills, they never extended to help in any capacity like providing towels, bringing water, checking in, etc. Overall pretty mixed experience. Expected much better service given how nice the property is. "

"Our stay at the Mai Tai Polynesia was amazing. There were no over the water bungalows available online when we booked a reservations but something opened up when we got there and Julia assisted us with upgrading. She was very kind and so helpful. It was so worth it. There are coral reefs right below the bungalows and we were able to snorkel right from our deck. The customer service was amazing. The rooms are large. The food is good. They have free kayaking which we took advantage of and there is a coral garden right across the lagoon from the resort that we kayaked to several times. We saw turtles many rays lots of fish right from our deck. It is also located a five minute walk from Matira Beach the only public beach. It had wonderful snorkeling and was not ever crowded. I highly recommend this resort."
