"Wonderful 3 day visit. From the very start, meeting Maria in reception, the friendliness and service was superb. When we couldn't ski, the absolute best experience was the 10km mt bike trip with free bikes from the hotel. One question we couldn't get answered was why some people in the restaurant were getting meals that weren't on the menu... We had great burgers, though!"

"Our visit blessed us with amazing weather as a beautiful back drop to this gorgeous place. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was so tasty and had a so many choices. The only thing I would not give 5 stars was the service at supper. The food was delish but we were shocked as the the lack of attention and help guiding us through the menu or suggestion local options. Perhaps it was the Swedish to be standoffish. "

"The staff was extremely accommodating, the first night I requested my favorite beverage (Bourbon), which they did not have. I walked in the second night and the server ran over to me and showed me a bottle that they had picked up that day. I was impressed that they did that and that they remembered it was me who asked for it."

"Comfortable hotel with nicely renovated interior. The cleaning staff missed our room for two days in a row for some reason, but did a good job when they got around to it. The breakfast room in the basement had a very low ceiling, so if you’re six foot tall or more you will have to be very careful…"
