"The hotel was beautiful, the staff very helpful, service was excellent. The resort is large and transportation is by trolly . They were very quick and efficient. We did not wait more than 5 mins for a trolly. The breakfast was very good. Overall a very enjoyable stay. One improvement could be at the Beach/ Ocean area. As the ocean here experiences Riptides, the warning flag is by the pool area and not the beach. The flag should be closer to the actual beach /entry to the ocean for safety...

"Staff were extremely welcoming and always helpful. The hotel was perfectly located off the main area but near enough to get taxis to go out for dinner or to the sights. We had a wonderful stay 😊"

"The only thing I would say is I was 3 floors up and went out and leant on the balcony and it’s very loose! If I’d have leant on it harder I feel it would have fallen"

"Chaweng Garden Resort – A Wonderful Stay! We had a fantastic stay at Chaweng Garden Resort in Koh Samui! The resort itself is beautiful, with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly polite and always happy to help, making our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was great, offering a good variety of options to start the day. "Great family hotel at a perfect location next to the beach walk and fisherman market. Great family hotel which is a must if you are traveling with small children to Koh Samui to at least stay 3-4 nights here. Great value for money and you get what you expect. The only comment we have is that the pool is not heated, but it seems like it is common in Koh Samui that no pools are heated at all. "

"Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You have to take two elevators to stay in building two or three so I would recommend staying in building one. Not great pool area but the beach is close. Overall good value for the money "

"The place is quiet and staffs are friendly. The next door restaurant is superb."

"Initial impression not good in need of some maintenance. Room appeared to be clean, but house keeping only cleans the obvious don't look under the bed. Large room comfortable firm bed. Balcony nice once floor had been cleaned. AC worked well, shower but no shower stall, plenty of hot water. It served it's purpose. Should I return I would look for other venue. Fair price."
